We have now had two properties successfully brokered by Rogers Immobilien. Rogers Immobilien has a very friendly demeanor, is very accurate, creates an excellently researched exposé with professionally photographed images and 3D tours. During the active brokerage phase, we received daily updates via email and/or phone about the viewings carried out and the reactions of the interested parties. They took care of and answered all questions that we had, as well as those of the prospective buyers/buyers.

In terms of transport connections, Harlaching has optimal access via the U1 underground line and tram line 25, as well as the nearby A995 federal motorway, which connects Munich's southern districts with the A8 Salzburg – Munich motorway and the A99 Munich-East orbital motorway. From here, the mountains and the diverse recreational opportunities of the Alpine foothills can be reached quickly.
