Do you know someone who wants to sell their house, apartment, or property in Munich or the surrounding area? Your tip is worth a lot to us! We are happy to pay you a „referral commission“! Below we have put together the most important information on the subject of referral commissions.

We reward your success with a share of the profits!

If you have information about a property for sale or a seller, we would love to pay you for this tip. In addition to the tipster's information, we also need the seller's contact details as well as information about the property.

As a tipster, in the event of success (after the sale of the property), you can expect a finder's fee from our commission.

What information we need from our tipsters

If you know of a property that is to be sold, please call us, send us an email or a fax, or use our Contact form. We will then contact you immediately.

*If we are not familiar with your property or real estate, we will confirm your claim in writing.

You can remain anonymous as a whistleblower

If you are an acquaintance or friend of the owner, you can remain anonymous upon request. In addition to a spouse or life partner, the owner may also be related to you. It is not necessary for the owner to know your name.

Tip commissions include 19 % VAT and are paid out immediately upon conclusion of all contracts and upon receipt of the brokerage commission.

As a precaution, we would like to point out that our referral commission is not aimed at individuals who have a special relationship of trust with their clients or who are prohibited from doing so under professional regulations, such as tax advisors and lawyers. However, we would appreciate any recommendation from this group of people that is made without the possibility of participating in a commission.
