Real estate sales and rentals during the corona crisis

Dear customers, even during the coronavirus crisis, we take your and our health very seriously and comply with legal requirements. We ask for your understanding regarding our precautionary measures, which serve the well-being of everyone. We are very happy to assist you with any questions regarding property sales and rentals by phone and email from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and on Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. By arrangement, we also offer video conferences via FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom. We will, of course, attend urgent individual appointments for viewings, notarizations, or property handovers.

Things to know about viewings during the corona crisis

Apartment viewings have been declared inadmissible in Bavaria (https://www.stmi.bayern.de/miniwebs/coronavirus/faq/index.php) By way of exception, apartment viewings are permitted if there is otherwise a risk of homelessness or, from the landlord's perspective, vacancy resulting in significant financial bottlenecks. In these cases, they may only take place as individual viewings and not as group viewings.

Therefore, no more than 2 people are allowed on site (real estate agent and prospective buyer), i.e., if you want to bring another person, we must conduct the viewings one after the other.

We are complying with the general on-site hygiene instructions by refraining from shaking hands and maintaining the required distance. We also ensure that contact handles and surfaces are disinfected and that interior doors remain open. We naturally provide face masks, gloves, tissues, disinfecting spray, and shoe covers on site.

We regularly provide updates on the government's and the Robert Koch Institute's (RKI) updated contact rules.

Real estate marketing during the corona crisis

We are technically equipped to present all the properties we market with the help of 3D tours, as if you were walking through the property yourself in person. The representations are not only true to scale, but also true to color. All you need for this is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. With this technology, we are able to significantly reduce the number of on-site viewings. We are also happy to offer live streaming, where we – Rogers Immobilien – tour the property on-site and can address your questions about the object. This allows you to view the property contactlessly in advance without having to enter it.

In addition to a detailed description with photos of the property, our exposés are richly illustrated.
