Pasing: Sustainable concept with 200 new apartments

A new and modern residential and commercial quarter with a total of 200 apartments, called Paseo Carré, is being built in Munich-Pasing. The City of Munich has already granted the building permit for this project. The plan is for a sustainable, urban overall concept consisting of six buildings and so-called sharing areas in the Am Westbad district. New office space will also be created.

Living and working harmonize

The project includes living and working. Small apartments for singles, commuters, or students are offered, as well as very spacious residential units for families. Both owner-occupiers and investors can find a suitable property here. The demand for small units in particular is very high for this project. Already 65 percent of the apartments have been reserved in pre-sales. A spacious plot of land measuring approximately 8,500 square meters was planned. The construction project, with its four construction phases, was scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.

Various property types are available to choose from

Along Offenbachstraße, an apartment building with a total of 100 compact residential units and one commercial unit facing the public area will be constructed. Residents will benefit from a service-oriented sharing concept consisting of two spacious roof terraces, a lounge area, a modern laundry lounge with washing machines and tumble dryers. A parcel station and e-bike sharing options will also be included. Furthermore, three small point-block houses are planned, consisting of 2 to 4-room apartments with balconies or terraces and living spaces of up to 165 square meters. Each building will feature a very spacious penthouse with over 200 square meters of living space. Townhouses with condominium apartments with living spaces of up to 80 square meters will be built along Landsberger Straße.

Various office spaces will be created in the office building, offering functional and flexible solutions. Open spaces, single and combination offices, as well as communication areas, meet the demands of modern working. A definite highlight are the spacious roof terraces with views over Pasing, the city center, and the mountains.

The inner courtyard will provide a space for relaxation and offer views of the greenery. Residents can park in the two-level underground garage equipped with charging stations for 100 percent green electricity from the Munich municipal utilities.

Perfect infrastructure in Pasing

Residents will benefit from the excellent infrastructure in the immediate vicinity. The historic center of Pasing around Marienplatz is within walking distance. A wide range of shopping opportunities, a farmers' market (Viktualienmarkt), the modern Pasing Arcaden shopping center, as well as a large selection of educational institutions and doctors are available here. The nearby Pasinger Stadtpark, which extends along both sides of the Würm river, and the Westbad with its sauna area and spacious lawns offer relaxation after work.

Above all, the proximity to the Pasing train station and the road connections are advantageous, ensuring quick accessibility to Munich's city center. In addition, an extension of the U5 subway line to the Pasing train station has already been approved, which further increases the attractiveness of the location.
